Product Name: Shaper 37_34 - Beam Shaping optics for powerful industrial applications.

The family of Shaper beam shaping systems is extended by new collimator model Shaper_37_34_1064 optimized for powerful, up to 6 kW, fiber coupled solid state or diode lasers, as well as for fiber lasers operating in near-IR spectrum. The Shaper converts, with nearly 100% efficiency, a divergent TEM00 or multimode laser beam into a collimated flattop beam with keeping an uniform intensity profile over a large working distance and providing low divergence of the output beam. Combining of a Shaper with additional focusing or anamorphotic optics makes it possible to realize Round or Linear dots of uniform intensity of extended depth of field. Variety of provided beam profiles, easy integration in robotic and other industrial systems, absence of internal focusing, high damage threshold – these features make the Shaper_37_34_1064 an unique tool for such industrial applications like: Welding, Hardening, Annealing, Cladding, Display Making Technologies.
